The weather forecast was accurate for once and the sun did indeed come out on Thursday! Thursday 10th April, that is. Yes, this post is looong overdue and I’m so sorry! I promise to be better with posting going forward. I know I’ve promised that before, but I really mean it.
You’re allowed to tell me off if I skip posting for a week.
Anywho, it was sunny and we were in Spain. There was only really one thing to do… we went to the beach.
I’m a bit self conscious about these photos as they were taken before my Military Diet and recent weight loss. I look at these and feel I’m short and chubby. Which, I kinda am…
But it could definitely be worse.
We had a blast. Chilling by the sea, eating Maxibons (I grew up eating these obsessively then one day they disappeared from the UK market! Devastating) and taking way too many photos.
^ Mum and Dad in the distance, “sunbathing”. Well, Dad had the right idea at least.
The beach was deserted except for us. With sand, sea and mountains in the distance, we felt like kings of our own little island.
Won’t you join me for a dip?
Look how clear the water is… Can you even tell where the sand stops and the water begins?
Maxi dress + sea don’t really go well together though. So we stripped off into our swimsuits and…
Took more photos!
Okay, water time for reals now.
This was about as far in as I could go. It was still really cold.
Not to mention windy.
Juliet opted to put her beach dress back on. I continued to brave the cold like a true Brit.
^ Totally lusting over one of those holiday homes.
I mean, let’s be honest. This really wouldn’t be a half bad view to wake up to and be a stone’s throw away from:
Well, minus the cheesy Asian tourists with their embarassing V-signs.
Among other ridiculous poses.
I have no idea what I was doing.
What a nutbag.
Have you been up to much lately??
